What could be better than a team building event to strengthen the bonds between colleagues? This was the challenge that STREIT Nova took up, mobilising around twenty people from the team leader, to the operator, to the office staff! The morning began in good spirits with a workshop on the theme of “identifying personality types”.
This was an opportunity to exchange views with a coach and to learn how to deal with disagreements, avoid conflicts and communicate better. The day continued outdoors, combining fun and competition through a variety of games.
A real immersive experience for our employees which allowed them to develop a team spirit around a common mission and enjoy a good atmosphere between colleagues!
