Technology

STREIT Groupe has acquired state-of-the-art software it can apply to machining complex forms and materials in its high-precision machining shop.

Process

Developing new manufacturing processes for special materials like Titanium aluminides (TiAl).

Providing products which are lighter and more resistant at higher temperatures.

Process developement / Prototyping :

  • The aim of the process development department is to improve existing manufacturing processes. We optimise our technical choices in order to adapt our production tools and processes to meet the specific needs of our customers.

 

  • As part of a continuous improvement approach, the department develops and fine-tunes new manufacturing processes through innovative, cutting-edge projects.

 

  • We offer prototyping, an essential step in the design and engineering process, aimed at validating projects in collaboration with customers and in the shortest possible time.

 

Production equipments :

  • We use CAD to develop tooling and special machines, and design specific assembly, washing and leak testing equipment. All these tools are systematically validated during the various production phases.
    For each design study, our team of engineers, technicians and draughtsmen analyzes the customer’s needs and complete constraints in order to provide the best solution in terms of performance and innovation.We can support you in the production and assembly of tooling and special machines: setting, adjustment, automation. Our products meet the standards and specifications of our customers’ various industries.

 

  • At the heart of innovation, we are also developing our digital chain (CAD, CAD/CAM), artificial intelligence and automated lines for our production sites, to maintain our status as a specialist in machining and assembly.
