Finite Element Modelling
Digital modelling of part behaviour ensures that the parts match customer specifications.
Alloy flow in the mould and its cooling is analysed with our foundry partners to determine the best casting techniques.
Fatigue testing and Life-cyle validation can be performed on the test bench using static and dynamic tests (impacts). Our in-house physical validations correlate the digitally simulated results against mechanical stress resistance.
