Our R&D department analyses technical data to develop design and dimensioning proposals using the APQP process.

We conduct a co-development phase on new customer concepts to integrate the most suitable foundry and machining processes, in order to optimise product feasibility and cost from the design stage.

These approaches take place in a context of Tier 1 supplier.

Finite Element Modelling

Digital modelling of part behaviour ensures that the parts match customer specifications.

Casting simulation

Alloy flow in the mould and its cooling is analysed with our foundry partners to determine the best casting techniques. 

Test bench

Fatigue testing and Life-cyle validation can be performed on the test bench using static and dynamic tests (impacts). Our in-house physical validations correlate the digitally simulated results against mechanical stress resistance.
